Job Summary:

Seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in Med/Surg to provide high-quality patient care. The role involves applying clinical skills, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Assess patient conditions, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Possess a valid New York State RN License with primary source verification.
• Demonstrate at least two years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Obtain and maintain current AHA BLS certification.
• Exhibit a solid clinical background and attention to detail.
