Weekend RN Supervisor Opportunity

Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations during our weekend evening shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting quality resident care, and working in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

• Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend evening shifts
• Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical guidance and support
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards
• Promote high standards of resident safety, quality care, and customer service
• Provide hands-on nursing care and clinical support when needed
• Address nursing-related concerns and assist staff with problem-solving during the shift
• Complete required documentation and ensure accurate communication between shifts

• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work weekend evening shifts from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Competitive pay: $55.00–$60.00 per hour
