About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide on-site outpatient hematology and oncology coverage on a day shift schedule, with a flexible full-time arrangement of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week; no call or weekend obligations are required. The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions, including hematology, solid tumor, and liquid tumor cases, for an adult patient population, with approximately 20 patient encounters anticipated per day and no new consults expected.
All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Hospital privileges are required for this assignment, with a credentialing period of approximately 60 days; board certification in Hematology/Oncology, an active state license, and prescriptive authority are required.
