We're seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a dynamic Brooklyn restaurant. • Lead daily front-of-house operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure the team is prepared for each service.
• Train, coach, and develop front-of-house staff while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Maintain strong floor presence, overseeing pacing, table management, and execution of service standards.
• Engage with guests throughout service, resolve concerns, and create memorable hospitality experiences.
• Partner with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service.
• Support reservations, staffing, opening/closing procedures, and overall restaurant operations.
• Maintain strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge and help develop the team's expertise.

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead high-caliber service in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Strong hospitality, leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with wine sales and beverage service.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Proficiency with POS and reservation systems, with the ability to support the host/Maître D function.
• Knowledge of NYC health, safety, and food protection regulations.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
