Monitor store entrances/exits for the duration of each shift to reduce theft opportunities;
Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm, energetic greeting;
Identify and report theft incidents and/or suspicious subjects to Manager on Duty;
Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates ensuring adherence to safety standards;
Provide training to associates on shortage reduction programs and processes
