• Welcome all customers and set expectations
• Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses
• Act as an optical academic leader
• Take and record measurements; accurately adjust/fit eyewear with detail orientation
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately, maintaining high product knowledge
• Identify root causes, anticipate issues, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage competing priorities
• Achieve Brand KPIs and competencies
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Report safety opportunities and demonstrate safe practices
• Be self‑motivated, continually learn, improve, and produce results
• Adhere to policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management

• High school graduate or equivalent
• State licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, team builder
• Knowledge of current store merchandise
• Strong basic math skills
• Awareness of current fashion trends
• Selling skills—ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
• Embrace new technology and change

Pay range: $27.60 - $39.02 per hour. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off, vacation, and employee discounts.
