This role is critical in delivering a friendly, fast, and accurate ordering experience while supporting in-store operations. CSRs play an essential role in maintaining Domino's high standards of service and teamwork.

• Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone.
• Ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.

• Assist with food preparation and store cleanliness.
• Support inventory stocking and ingredient organization.
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours.

• Majority of tasks performed while standing.

• Lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Push or pull tray dollies requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force.

• Occasionally climb stairs or ladders.
• Reach above 72 inches to access shelves and equipment.

• Frequent forward bending at preparation stations.
• Occasional crouching or squatting for stocking and cleaning.
