Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Director based in Brooklyn, NY, with flexibility for some remote arrangements. The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing sales growth, building and nurturing retail relationships, as well securing and leading a high-performing sales and broker team. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, developing sales plans, meeting revenue targets, and actively engaging with key stakeholders to expand market reach.

The role requires regular collaboration with others on the sales team, as well as cross‑functional teams including operations and marketing, to help the company achieve significant growth based on the positive momentum of 50+ products currently in market, and the launch of several exciting new lines in 2026.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in a senior Sales role to effectively drive revenue and meet sales targets
  • Experience in selling to National accounts, specifically in the HBA category
  • Experience in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Proficiency in Business Development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with the cosmetics and skincare industry
