What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to franchise brands, restaurant groups, and multi-location businesses
  • Conduct cold outreach through phone, email, and Linked In
  • Deliver a clear, repeatable pitch for the employer’s commercial offering
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the commercial sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1–3 years of sales or outbound experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center, or similar)
  • Comfort making a high volume of cold calls every day
  • Coachable mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Motivated by goals, metrics, and growth opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using Apollo, Zoom Info, or similar prospecting tools
  • Bonus: exposure to franchises, restaurants, construction, or services-based businesses
