- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
- Deliver consultative presentations to demonstrate how Genius® streamlines operations and enhances customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the District Manager to identify new opportunities and close sales efficiently
- Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline activities in Atlas and Salesforce
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of your time in the field
- Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
- High energy, self-motivated, and competitive spirit
- Professional presence with the ability to connect with business owners
