Salary + Commission- Total compensation package $100k+, comprising base salary and commission

Customer Focus
:
Build and maintain customer relationships, identify opportunities, and understand customer needs to drive success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients.
- Directly responsible for all sales within the assigned territory, including regional, house accounts, and local chains.
- Write customer orders and sales contracts according to company guidelines.
- Listen to and resolve customers’ complaints regarding products or services.
- Call on prospective customers to explain company services or solicit new business.
- Achieve sales profit standards.
- Propose customer terms based on profitability and creditworthiness.
- Maintain sales standards by account.
- Coordinate sales with other departments toward a common goal.
- Adhere to sales policies and procedures.
- Maintain liaison between Allegiance Trucks & Trailers and its customers.
- Market development within assigned territory.
- Customer merchandising and program implementation.
- Customer pricing/profitability within corporate guidelines.
- Customer terms within approved guidelines.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- CRM module must be kept up to date with sales activities recorded and utilized.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and learn independently
- Knowledge of truck specifications
- Familiarity with accounting and other software used in dealership operations
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Trucking/Transportation
- CDL not initially required, with company assistance for obtaining one
- Prior sales experience preferred, but candidates with strong drive and willingness to learn are welcome
