Business Development/Sales Specialist(Windows & Doors)

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Panorama Art Corp is an authorized dealer and certified installer for Pella and Marvin products across the New York and New Jersey markets. With 18 years of industry experience, a reputation for excellence, and a deep commitment to architects, contractors, and developers, we deliver window systems that combine design, performance, durability, and compliance, including complex LPC regulatory requirements.

We are growing and seeking a motivated Business Development/Sales Specialist with strong experience in the window industry and one of the following manufacturers:
Pella, Marvin, Andersen, Sierra Pacific, Lepage, or Kolbe.
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role focused on expanding our presence with contractors, builders, designers, architects, and developers, not homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, and multi-family developers.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of commercial and residential project partners across NY.
  • Present Panorama Art's product options, technical capabilities, and installation solutions to industry professionals.
  • Consult with clients to provide the best window solutions for new construction, replacement, and landmark projects.
  • Develop long-term relationships with architects and design teams to support specifications and project planning.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to ensure code-compliant, high-quality proposals and submittals.
  • Attend jobsite meetings, contractor visits, and industry events to promote Panorama Art's products and services.
  • Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in windows and doors (required).
  • Strong knowledge of window product types, installation practices, energy efficiency, and materials.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience selling products from at least one of the following manufacturers:
    Pella, Marvin, Anderson, Sierra Pacific, LePage, and/or Colby & Colby.
  • Existing relationships in the construction, architectural, or developer markets are a strong plus.
  • Proven sales or business development experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, and code compliance requirements.
  • Professional, self-driven, and comfortable representing a high-quality brand in the field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel across NY.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 position.
  • Highly competitive base salary, with realistic potential earnings of $ - $+ (with commissions at 5%).
