Responsibilities - Salesperson:

• Connect customers with the right trucks and leasing solutions
• Develop strong connections with customers across the Tri-State area and New Jersey territory, delivering top-notch service and solutions that meet their unique needs
• Stay current with our wide product line and industry trends, becoming a trusted advisor for your clients
• Work closely with our finance, service, and leasing departments to provide a seamless customer experience
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Salesperson:

• Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
• Strong knowledge of trucks, specs, and fleet solutions (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive work ethic
• The ability to work well with others
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

We offer:

• $60,000 Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses – No cap. The more you sell, the more you earn
• $60,000 - $250,000+ a year potential income!
