Sales Development Representative (SDR)

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.

-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

Our client operates a growing podcast network focused on business leadership and human resources. Through multiple active shows, they connect executives, HR professionals, and business leaders with engaging conversations that provide valuable insights to their audience. As the network continues to grow, they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and scale the outbound guest acquisition process, helping secure high-quality podcast guests while reducing founder-led outreach.

Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and booking qualified podcast guests through outbound prospecting. The Business Development Representative (bDR) will manage outreach across Linked In and additional communication channels, maintain an organized outreach pipeline, personalize messaging, and coordinate podcast bookings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and managing top-of-funnel activities while taking ownership of results in a structured, high-volume environment.

Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities Outbound Outreach & Guest Booking
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach primarily through Linked In using connection requests, InMail, and direct messaging.
  • Support prospecting efforts through additional channels such as email and cold calling.
  • Communicate the value of participating as a guest on the podcast.
  • Schedule qualified podcast guests using calendar scheduling tools such as Calendly.
Pipeline Management & Follow-Up
  • Maintain a structured and organized outreach pipeline.
  • Track conversations, follow-ups, and booking status for all prospects.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up so opportunities are not lost.
  • Keep outreach activities organized and up to date.
Targeting & Personalization
  • Prospect against a defined Ideal Guest Profile (ICP), primarily HR leaders and business executives.
  • Conduct research to personalize outreach messages.
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging based on response rates and performance.
CRM & Reporting
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and booked guests within Notion or other tracking systems.
  • Report on outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve outreach performance.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach efforts with guest acquisition goals.
  • Provide recommendations for improving messaging, targeting, and outreach processes.
  • Support continuous improvements to outbound workflows and pipeline management.
Qualifications Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Prospecting.
  • Experience conducting Linked In outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Experience booking meetings or managing top-of-funnel pipelines.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools.
  • Experience managing high-volume outbound activity.
Skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and outreach skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator.

  • Experience with Notion.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with email outreach platforms.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently books approximately five or more qualified podcast guests per week after ramp-up.
  • Maintains a healthy pipeline capable of supporting approximately 50 guests per month.
  • Achieves strong response and booking rates through personalized outreach.
  • Reduces founder involvement in outbound guest acquisition.
  • Maintains accurate, organized outreach records and disciplined follow-up processes.
