Off Premise Wine & Spirits Sales Representative

Union Beer Distributors seeks an Off Premise Wine & Spirits Sales Representative to grow sales with retail accounts across the NYC metro area. In this field-based role, you will manage a territory of liquor stores, chains, and specialty retailers, driving distribution, shelf placement, and promotional execution for a portfolio of wine and spirits. Responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, maintaining strong retailer relationships, conducting tastings, analyzing sales data, and meeting volume and distribution targets in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within an assigned off-premise retail territory
• Prospect and open new liquor store and retail accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and store managers
• Present and promote wine and spirits portfolio to retailers
• Plan and execute in-store tastings and promotional events
• Negotiate product placement, displays, and features
• Track performance against sales, volume, and distribution targets
• Analyze sales data and report results and opportunities
• Collaborate with logistics and operations on orders and deliveries
• Represent Union Beer Distributors and supplier brands professionally in market
