Off Premise Beverage Sales Representative

Union Beer Distributors seeks an Off Premise Beverage Sales Representative to grow distribution of beer, cider, and specialty beverages across retail accounts in the NYC metro area. In this fast-paced, relationship-driven role, you will manage a territory of liquor stores, grocers, and other off-premise customers, executing sales plans, presenting portfolios, and securing placements and displays. Responsibilities include meeting volume and distribution goals, monitoring inventory and orders, coordinating with logistics, and supporting brand building through tastings, promotions, and strong, service oriented account management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of off-premise retail beverage accounts in the NYC metro area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and managers
• Present Union Beer Distributors' portfolio and secure new product placements and displays
• Meet or exceed volume, distribution, and revenue targets for assigned brands
• Plan and execute in-store tastings, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
• Monitor account inventory, place and track orders, and resolve service issues
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
• Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitive activity
• Support brand-building efforts for domestic and international breweries
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools
