Responsibilities

• Coach the sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation.
• Handle the appraisals, purchases and wholesales of our preowned and trade in vehicles.
• Complete CPO reconditioning of the preowned vehicles for retail sales.
• Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for the purpose of making improvements as required or needed.
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
• Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Previous high line automotive management experience preferred
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong understanding of training and developing sales consultants within a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment background check is required
