Seeking a super-heroic, ultra-vigilant, calm, cool and collected Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, staff and personal property—and for mentoring your team to operate with excellence. This role is for you, if you’re a naturally confident, instinctively thoughtful leader with deep, expert knowledge of safety and security. You value, respect and understand people on a deep and substantive level;
you make smart, thoughtful decisions to keep them safe and secure, creating positive impact across all that you touch. You’re positive, energetic, a whip-smart multi-tasker, and you inspire the people around you to go above and beyond.
About you... Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus. Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

SalarySalary Range: $70 - $75
