** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Control access at the front desk by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and check-out, issuing and collecting visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the proper location.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and other building systems from the front desk, and report unusual activity to site leadership and/or appropriate responders to help to deter policy violations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details, notifying the proper contacts, and assisting with communications as needed.

+ Maintain accurate front desk logs and reports, including incident documentation, access records, and key package and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer Service Experience - preferred.

+ Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.

+ Guard Card/License - preferred.

+ Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
