Security Officer - Armed Vehicle Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $33.15/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, passengers, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific policies, screening procedures, and emergency response activities for a government transportation location.;
Carry and maintain authorized duty weapon and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal post orders, licensing requirements, and use of force guidelines; report any issues through the chain of command.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of stations, platforms, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to alarms, disturbances, medical incidents, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with transit personnel and/or law enforcement as directed by post orders.;
Complete required documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and activity reports, and communicate security-related information to supervisors and site contacts.
