Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Rounds PT

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to campus staff, students, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, classrooms, common areas, parking lots and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, verifying visitor identification where required, issuing visitor directions and/or credentials per site policy, and documenting entries and exits.;
Complete detailed reports on patrol activity, incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns, and escalate issues using established notification and/or dispatch procedures.
