Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of living areas, common spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter.;
Monitor entrances, hallways, and other key areas, verify access, and direct visitors according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; de-escalate conflicts and request additional support as needed.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports or electronic logs; communicate updates to site leadership.
