Security Officer - Interior Rounds Patrol - Brooklyn

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or dispatch as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate common areas, offices, loading docks, garages, and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and key areas for irregular activity, assist with entry and exit procedures, and report maintenance and/or hazard concerns to appropriate contacts.;
Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries in accordance with site requirements.
