Security Officer - Flex Rooftop Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a shelter location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, hallways, entrances, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor traffic, and assist with controlled entry and/or exit procedures in accordance with site guidelines.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Document patrols, incidents, and notable observations in written logs and reports, and communicate shift updates to Allied Universal supervision and oncoming personnel.
