Security Officer - Patrol Officer

Position: Security Officer - Full-Time Patrol Officer
Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, residents, visitors and/or staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a shelter location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services, and documenting actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common areas, entrances, parking areas and perimeter checks to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, including observing for unauthorized entry, verifying credentials when applicable and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare complete and accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, observations and maintenance hazards, and communicate timely updates to supervisors, client representatives and/or local authorities as needed.
