Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Concierge

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, residents, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and common areas, observe for unusual conditions, and assist with visitor check-in and/or directing individuals to the appropriate department in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, contacting the appropriate agency and/or supervisor, and coordinating response until relieved;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate timely updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership
