Security Officer - Retail Site Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer disturbances, medical events and/or fire and alarm conditions.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stock areas and the exterior perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to reduce theft and/or property damage.;
Monitor access points and receiving areas, assist with queuing and crowd movement during peak shopping periods, and support store staff with security-related requests as needed.;
Complete written reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site leadership and/or law enforcement when required, and maintain a professional presence while on post.
