Security Officer Residential Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government services location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify unusual conditions, and report maintenance or access control issues;
Monitor entry points, common areas, and restricted spaces to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor processing, and support established check-in and identification procedures;
Support order at the location by providing clear directions, de-escalating tense interactions when possible, and following post orders related to resident services, public interactions, and/or after-hours activity
