Security Officer Patrol

Position: Security Officer Full Time Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying visitor activity as directed, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.;
Support daily residential operations by communicating with onsite personnel, assisting with routine inquiries, and maintaining detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities.
