Position: Security Officer Diploma Verified Patrol Role
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government services location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor movement, verify authorization when required, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or members of the public regarding site rules and expectations;
Support a respectful environment by observing resident and visitor interactions, reporting maintenance or behavioral concerns, and coordinating with site personnel and/or first responders when needed
