Security Officer Patrol Credential Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government services location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, offering directions and support to visitors while helping to maintain orderly movement throughout the location.;
Support daily operations by completing incident reports, recording relevant activity, and communicating professionally with client representatives, community members, and/or first responders as appropriate.
