Security Officer Patrol Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public service location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report conditions to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions or policy violations;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and authorized access points, verify credentials when required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activity in written reports;
Support order at the location by providing direction to the public, de-escalating confrontational behavior when possible, and following post orders related to access control, visitor management, and emergency procedures
