Security Officer Building

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and document security-related observations and actions according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor activity in common areas and assist with de-escalation support, directional assistance, and communication with onsite personnel and/or first responders when needed.;
Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related issues to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
