Security Guard State Patrol

Position: Security Guard New York State Patrol Assignment
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, transit personnel, and/or public agency partners as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout stations, platforms, entrances, concourses, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Monitor public areas for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access, and help to deter disruptions through visible presence and timely reporting.;
Document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance or access concerns, and provide clear information to support daily operations and incident follow-up.
