Security Officer Area Patrol Specialist

Position: Security Officer  Area Patrol Specialist
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transit location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, local authorities, and/or site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout stations, platforms, facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe public areas, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations according to site protocols;
Support crowd management, directional assistance, and incident documentation during routine operations, service disruptions, and/or high-traffic periods
