Position: Security Officer Unarmed Driving Role Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location;
Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or the public;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including facilities, boarding areas, parking locations, and perimeter points, as appropriate to the post;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and report observations to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner;
Assist with access control, directional assistance, and crowd management during routine operations, peak travel periods, and/or special events
