Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public access areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions when required, and provide directions and assistance to support orderly operations at the location.;
Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate important updates during shift changes and/or as conditions arise.
