Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities for an educational location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, support visitor processing as directed, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related issues according to site procedures;
Be available for shift-based work with fixed anchor shifts and potential to pick up extra shifts through scheduling platform
