** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and common areas to help support authorized entry, visitor direction, and compliance with location rules and posted procedures.

+ Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other matters that may impact daily operations.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
