Mount Sinai - 3201 Kings Highway - Responsibilities:
Staff assigned post, patrolling assigned areas and investigating unusual occurrences to provide protection for the facility and property;
Respond to Security Alerts, patient observations, disruptive persons and other requests for service;
Conduct access control by checking identification, screening visitors, issuing Visitor Passes and clearing areas at closing time;
Direct vehicle traffic to prevent congestion and ensure ambulance bays are clear of unauthorized vehicles;
Monitor security equipment including alarms and surveillance cameras and submit timely reports
