Security Officer Flex Lobby Reception Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and front desk responsibilities at a residential location;
Monitor building entry activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs and/or related records in accordance with property guidelines;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Answer phones, receive inquiries, and support communication between residents, guests, vendors, and/or onsite personnel regarding security-related matters;
Observe activity at the front desk and surrounding lobby area to help identify unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and report them through proper channels
