Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and document observations according to post guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, to help identify and report security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and/or visitor activity to help support authorized access, maintain order, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and supervisors;
Assist with routine security-related duties at a location that may serve staff, visitors, and/or individuals receiving services, while adapting to varying environments and conditions
