Security Officer Transit Depot

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a government transportation location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, public personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, concourses, entrances, offices, parking areas, and/or perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe passenger and employee activity, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues according to post procedures;
Assist with crowd management, directional support, and emergency response activities during service disruptions, special events, and/or high-traffic periods
