Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe resident and visitor traffic to support property rules and procedures;
Document daily activities, unusual occurrences, and maintenance-related concerns; communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
