Security Officer Residential Property Patrols

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, policy violations, and security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel;
Complete detailed incident reports and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and property management
