Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

Position: Security Officer Unarmed Housing  Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, building entrances, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly residential environment;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site management, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and security-related observations
