Provide customer service to clients, visitors, staff, and individuals receiving services by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision;
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements
