Provide customer service to clients, visitors, staff, and program participants by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain logs and incident documentation;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed;
Help maintain a welcoming and professional environment for individuals receiving services while communicating observations, hazards, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
