Security Officer Shelter Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the shelter location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.;
Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain awareness of activity entering and leaving the location.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, respectful, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervisors
