Escorts outside contractors, inspectors and other visitors and accepts deliveries as needed;
Responsible for all repairs in building and on grounds;
Troubleshoots and repairs includes light electrical and plumbing (outlets, switches, light fixtures, washers, seats and stems; drain lines; sinks; tubs; and toilets;
Performs HVAC troubleshooting and servicing including cleaning units/replacing filters;
Repairs/replaces windows, doors, locks and flooring; assembles/repairs/installs room furniture
